As outlined by Farquharson, data breaches are quickly becoming common for organizations of any size. However, he pointed out that password management tools can help a business safeguard its sensitive data. Farquharson also said email encryption technologies will help a business safeguard employee emails against malware, viruses and other cyber threats: "Everybody on this network is already being paid by some kind of central authority. We know when we send an email to anyone else inside the community of trust, we are able to trust them if you like. Which is whats meant by transparent email encryption."
Farquharson seen that transparent encryption is key, designed for organizations that have implemented bring-your-own-device policies. With transparent encryption, he said organizations can secure employee emails without impacting employee productivity: "With transparent encryption, the person with the other end receives the e-mail that is certainly already at a negative balance box and can read very easily. As well as the only thing thats handing out it's encrypted while in transit throughout the proper Internet may be the blue banner or something similar based on the banner that you choose that says this e-mail was encrypted during transit
